今年の家の庭には
This year, we grow in our garden



・イチゴ Strawberries
・数種類のレタス A few kinds of Lettuce
・ロケット Rocket
・バジル Basil
・コリアンダー Coriander
・イタリアンパセリ Italian parsley
・パセリ Parsley
・セージ Sage
・オレガノ Oregano
・トマト Tomatoes
・えんどう豆 Snow Peas
・グリーンピース Peas
・ウォータークレス Water cress
・マスタード Mustard
・にんじん Carrots
・ほうれん草 Spinach





を植えています。今年はほとんどが種から挑戦しています。冬から植え始めて、まだ芽を出したばかりのもありますが、皆すくすく育っています。
Most of them, we started from seeds. We started putting seeds during winter. Some of them are still tiny baby. But growing day by day.

レタスなどの、サラダになるのは皆成長が早くて、収穫がすぐにできます。
Lettuce, Water cress and Mustard are very quick grow. We could eat them soon after we planted them.

ほうれん草とイタリアンパセリは去年の生き残り。大変たくましいです。
Spinach and Italian parsley are survivors from last year. They are really strong.

ハーブはここの庭に定住しているので、何もしないでも元気に成長中。毎年いいスパイスをくれます。
Most of herbs has been neglected for long time in this garden. But they are just fine. Every year they provide us good fresh spices.
